George serves as Chief Operating Officer at TECHNICO Construction Services, bringing over 30 years of comprehensive leadership and hands-on experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining TECHNICO, George held a senior leadership position with the New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC), where he was formally recognized for his exemplary contributions to advancing the department’s mission and elevating public infrastructure.

Throughout his career, George has successfully managed the construction and rehabilitation of a diverse portfolio of public and private projects, including educational institutions, cultural landmarks, transit authority facilities, and residential developments ranging from mid-rise structures to large-scale infrastructure enhancements.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the L.C. Smith College of Engineering and Computer Science at Syracuse University. George’s deep technical expertise, strategic project oversight, and unwavering commitment to quality and innovation continue to be instrumental in driving TECHNICO’s operational excellence and long-term success.
