Fenya joined TECHNICO in 2016, bringing over 14 years of extensive experience in managing complex public sector infrastructure, new construction, rehabilitation, and sustainability-driven projects. Through a progressive career trajectory encompassing Quality Control and Project Management, she now serves as Development and Controls Director, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping project success from inception to completion.

In her current capacity, Fenya oversees proposal development, presentation strategy, designer coordination, quality assurance, and document control ensuring rigorous standards and seamless integration across all project phases. Her multidisciplinary expertise enables her to drive operational excellence while aligning technical and strategic objectives.

Fenya holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Democritus University, complemented by a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Akron, equipping her with a unique blend of technical proficiency and business acumen that supports TECHNICO’s commitment to sustainable and quality control.
