Ody rejoined TECHNICO in 2025 as Director of Operations, having overseen over 1 million sq-ft of ground-up educational facilities, he brings over 15 years of experience in field operations and team leadership within the construction industry. In his role, he supports the day-to-day coordination of project activities from preconstruction through final delivery helping to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with project timelines. Ody is involved in contract negotiations, budgeting, procurement, and workflow organization. Focusing on refining internal processes and improved operational consistency.

He works closely with senior leadership and project teams to support operational planning and performance monitoring. Ody helps maintain a steady focus on accountability and continuous improvement throughout TECHNICO’s operations.
