Anthony rejoined TECHNICO in 2025 as Vice President, bringing more than 25 years of leadership in construction project management and structural engineering. His career encompasses the successful delivery of over $1.5 billion in complex public and private sector projects, including landmark initiatives for the NYC School Construction Authority, New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), and New York City Transit (NYCT).

Anthony holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering and Construction Management, along with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Newcastle in the United Kingdom. His expertise lies in aligning technical precision with strategic execution, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and client satisfaction.

Recognized for his collaborative leadership and operational insight, Anthony plays a critical role in advancing TECHNICO’s project delivery capabilities, driving process improvements, and mentoring cross-functional teams to achieve excellence across all phases of construction.
