Steve is President and Chief Executive Officer of TECHNICO Construction Services, which he founded in 1997 with a resolute vision: to build a company defined by excellence, grounded in the core values of quality, safety, and integrity.

With over a decade of industry experience prior to launching TECHNICO, Steve cultivated a comprehensive understanding of the construction landscape through progressive roles as an estimator, project manager, and general manager. This foundation shaped his exacting attention to detail and enduring commitment to superior standards—hallmarks that continue to define the company’s work today.

Steve holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, complemented by Master’s degrees in both Structural Engineering and Engineering Management. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of New York and has contributed to the academic community through teaching appointments at several institutions across New York and New Jersey.
